Event Details
Lodging
- Each prospect receives a private room with a King or Queen bed and private bath
- Room accommodates up to 2 guests (e.g., a spouse/partner)
- Space is limited to 14 total reservations
Travel
- Guests are responsible for transportation
- Closest airports:
- Little Rock (LIT) – ~60 mins
- Memphis (MEM) – ~2 hours
- Searcy (SRC) – ~20 mins (Private only – pickup available by request)
After-Dinner Amenities
- Guests can enjoy lodge amenities during free time: game rooms, bar, library, gathering rooms
- Alcoholic beverages will be provided – no need to BYOB
Shooting Event Details
- Encouraged to bring your own shotgun
- Benelli 12 and 20 gauge shotguns available to borrow
- Ammo will be provided
